I unexpectedly wept while reading Behooved by M. Stevenson; I thought it would be a light fun fantasy read about a princess, but the princess has a similar digestive disease to my own and I felt so connected to her. Seeing a heroine with digestive symptom struggles in a fantasy romance adventure (while still feeling sexy and strong and capable) was a first for me, and meant a lot!
I LOVE that you found an amazing, strong heroine who deals with the same struggles that you do. Books can be so wonderful that way. I am adding Behooved to my TBR, thank you, Sharon!
